Terms of use
The service
NBA House provides NBA statistics, projections, model picks and tools such as the bankroll tracker. Everything is information for entertainment and research. It is not financial or betting advice, and no result is guaranteed. You are responsible for your own decisions and for following the gambling laws where you live. You must be at least 18 to use betting-related features.
Accounts
Keep your password private and your details accurate. One account per person. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping, reselling our content or attacking the service.
Paid plans
- Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where it applies.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
- Free trials end automatically; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first payment is taken.
- Because Pro gives immediate access to digital content, by starting a subscription you ask for the service to begin straight away and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the service has started. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will look at a refund fairly.
- Access codes and manual activations are valid for the period stated when they are issued.
Content
You may share links and quote individual answers with a link back. Copying the site's data in bulk, automated scraping, or republishing projections and picks is not allowed.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the site accurate and online but cannot promise it will always be either. Data can be delayed or wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site, including betting losses.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Significant changes to paid plans are announced to subscribers in advance.
